The One Where Daniela Got Baptized
haha. weak for. week four.
anyway
Hey guys, I hope you have had a pleasant week. I also hope that some of you have had hard week (see scripture at the end). Or as Doctor Doofensmirtz said when Perry was late, "I hope something terrible happened to him."
But hey Daniela got baptized!!! It was a great experience, and she is very committed to this gospel! Elder Cloward got to baptize her in his first month in the field! Thanks for the prayers from all of y'all. Other than that it was a pretty chill week and we worked hard! For some reason the work is more satisfying when you work harder, who woulda thought? Elder Cloward has been a dope comp and we get along great.
We have some other friends called Yurany and Victoria, a mother and daughter. Let's just say that they are in a bit of a pickle but they should be able to get baptized in December, pray for them too! I've learned that prayer has power. Last night we taught them a lesson and then played some dominos lol.
Also side note, Elder Cloward and I have perfected a magic trick involving a box of matches.

With Thanksgiving this week, my dear mother has requested of me that I say a few things that I am grateful for.
(in no particular order)
1. My dear mother
2. The rest of the fam
3. The scriptures that testify of Christ and teach us about Him
4. The Atonement of Jesus Christ
5. Repentance and Grace
Scripture of the Week:
2 Corinthians 12:9-10
9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
