Sahagún
Hey guys, happy Mother's Day!
This week I got transferred to Sahagún 2 with Elder Evans! He was in my MTC district and I'm really excited. Sahagun is a smaller town and we are still in the coast, so this will be super fun and hot, haha.

This past week I had exchanges with Elder Davis and I got attacked by an iguana! Well kind of. We went to lunch at a little outdoor restaurant and an iguana came running up to me and stopped like 2 feet from me. I jumped up and courageously shooed him away with a chair. Or maybe I might have yelled, "Hermana Maira (our friend who works at the restaurant), what do I do? What do I do??" That might have happened too though, I can't remember very well. It all just happened so fast.

| *NOT the iguana that startled Luke, but one in a video he shared previously. Seems fitting to add it here. :) |
We also planned the wards activity and made it about Mother's Day! I shared with the ward about how my mother is the best and her nick name is "Nikki la cabra." We then played a game that involves a secret key indicator between the "guesser" and the leader and while I wasn't looking everyone would pick 1 of 9 books and I would guess the right one every time. The point of the game was for the people to try to figure out the key and come up and guess to see if they got it. It's pretty fun! Afterwards all the members begged for us to tell them how it works, haha.
Pictures from the week and saying goodbye to members in the ward. Video attached playing the piano:
Alma 13:27-28 "And now, my brethren, I wish from the inmost part of my heart, yea, with great anxiety even unto pain, that ye would hearken unto my words, and cast off your sins, and not procrastinate the day of your repentance; 28 But that ye would humble yourselves before the Lord, and call on his holy name, and watch and pray continually, that ye may not be tempted above that which ye can bear, and thus be led by the Holy Spirit, becoming humble, meek, submissive, patient, full of love and all long-suffering"
