Super Pday

 Hello everyone,

Last week was Super Pday on Wednesday so I didn't send an email. But it's been a super fun 2 weeks!! 



One lady told me that "I look more black" than when I first arrived and that was funny👍🏿👍🏿👦🏿
Ginna (baptized in November) is a role model to me. She told us one day, "I was tired today so I only read 2 chapters of the Book of Mormon" lol
SUPER PDAY!! 2 other zones came to Pereira and we played soccer, ate some good food, and then had a Christmas party and gift exchange! Super fun, I bought soccer shoes and a Colombian jersey with my name on the back and balled out.


With Elders Evans and Elder Bectall.  We were in the MTC together.



Exchanges with Elder Evans last last week and last week with Elder Hatch. Elder Evans and I were in the same district in the MTC so that was fun. The highlight was running through the streets at 9:00pm trying to get to salchipapas before 9:30 haha. And with Elder Hatch it was just fun to make a new friend in the mission.

Today for Pday we went to the zoo








I've been thinking about the primary song that goes "If the Savior stood beside me..." and it's a great question. What would we say or do or think about other people? Primary songs are actually really good. "I'm trying to be like Jesus in all that I do and say." 
Do something nice this week for someone, and read your scriptures.

Stake Conference and Last Transfer

  What's up homies. Ya so these past 2 weeks were pretty good but also weird. We had stake conference and also zone conference with Prez and the wifey. Stake conference was fun-ish, just a long 2-hour meeting haha. But they had some good messages. But my comp and I were super tired and slept through a few talks, but we were hidden in the corner so don't worry about it.  But ya also we had the zone conference.  That was fun but also strange to think that I only have one left! It was great, talking about setting goals and that the Lord is speeding up the work and we need to as well.  President announced some big changes in our mission, which will really make it like a normal mission but it's gonna be very different. For example, we have district council at 6pm on pday. So we don't work at all on pday. Now it's gonna be on Tuesday morning so we can work at 6 on pday. Party Week

  Hey y'all how's it going. So this week was another good one! We had 2 family home evenings this week and both had a lot of friends and fun games. One was with the family Varon, mafe, los elderes, Alex and Andrea, and Helmer on Friday. Then on Sunday night we were with Maribel y Sebastian, family Varon, Nancy and her kids, and Diana y Johnny. Both super fun!!  Also on Sunday we moved houses because the rent in the house we live in is going up a ton this month, so we are switching it up. Although we were very busy, we didn't end up moving our stuff until around 10:30 at night lol. The new house is nice, with a pretty fancy couch. Our bedroom is nice cuz we have a big window that gets good airflow, natural light to make it easy to wake up, and a decent view!  But ya other than that just your average week here. We Good

  Howdy there partner. This week was a good one, just working hard to get people to come to church and get baptized so that they can recieve more joy and peace in their lives through Jesus Christ. And this week was pretty good! We had 4 people come to church this week, and most importantly Carolina came and she has a baptismal date for June 29th! Imma miss it by a few days but it's chill. But ya it was a good week. We had a fun little activity on Friday and it rained so not many people came but we had some friends pull up and we shared about how to prepare for the second coming and the book of Mormon helps us a ton. Then we played a little game and that was fun. Then had a small treat and headed home.  Also I've been enjoying a lot more fast food this past week. I've only got a few more weeks to enjoy the delicious salchipapa and buñuelos so I'm trying to live it up. We had a little family night with the family Paniagua Diaz and that was fun.
