Service

 Hello everyone, this week was very normal.

The only interesting thing that happened was that I had exchanges with Elder Hellwig and we went to go do some service and help someone move. It was really fun! It took the entire day!! What an amazing day. And we got to hang out with some cool people, like Presidente Williams (the white guy who just happens to know my uncle who lives in Utah), some of the youth, a guy who speaks English because he served in Texas, Presidente Icopo, and then the rich guy who was moving.  He is a coach for the Nacional, the best soccer team in Colombia and one of the best in South America. So it was fun!

I mean we also taught some people and stuff but that's same old same old. But one guy gave us free hot chocolate and breadsticks! It was really good. But ya, I actually am really enjoying the work and the area, just not much to comment on. 

In Colombia they grow eggs on plants.  haha.

So the come follow me thing was about pride this week. And everyone keeps talking about pride. But it doesn't make sense to me. June was like 3 months ago! Anyway. Its something we all need to work on. But there is a very great scripture about how to beat it! 

Helaman 12:27

"And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them"
